Carmel Miller has 15+ years of experience in leadership, career coaching, change management, business operations, technology implementation, process improvement, and corporate training.

Carmel is a Professional Career Coach and Certified Resume Writer, providing group support and one on one coaching to over 3,850 clients and coworkers.

As a full time employee and leader in the Corporate world for over 15 years, Carmel has first hand experience climbing the ladder in her own career, while recruiting, hiring, and developing teams of up to 35 people. Carmel has an MBA, a Masters in Organizational Leadership, and a Masters in Finance and Human Resources. She is pursuing her PhD in Organizational Development and Leadership, and continued to learn everything you possibly can to help individuals and organizations thrive.

When Carmel isn’t working, she’s being a mom to her 7-year-old daughter Avery, 6-year-old son Eli, and 2-year-old son, Charlie. She loves to lift weights, do yoga, go on trips, and hang with family. Carmel is a recovering perfectionist, learning how to ask for help, take a break, and stay present.
